One personal note from you beats a thousand blasts from a marketing platform. Every system default — cooldowns, frequency caps, the "did you already email this person?" check — exists to keep you from being the shop people unsubscribe from.

From your inbox.
Restock Notify sends every email from your own email address, not ours. Customers see your shop name in their inbox, not "via Restock Notify." Same with SMS — the from-number is yours, the brand is yours, the relationship is yours.

Your data is yours.
You own every byte of your customer database, your sales history, your message log. Export the whole thing whenever you want. We never sell it, broker it, or train models on it without your explicit opt-in.
